I filled in my data on segpay correctly, but I still got a message that the account doesn't exist or something. (pretty much all the other VR sites use Epoch as the payment processor and I never had a similar problem with Epoch) At that time there was still a cancel button directly on the Badoink site though and using this button to cancel my/Told this was an issue on SegPay's end. Badoink offered to either extend or refund my pro-rated amount if I signed up with a new account or paid directly with a credit card.
